On my ride-bumming trek home for Thanksgiving, I stopped in at my Dad’s office. My father works in Wildlife Management.
Throughout his offices are taxidermied wildlife like this pig. Someone has decorated all the preserved corpses for the holiday season.
What you cannot see in this picture is the deer head (or was it a bear?) on the wall behind, me wearing an earflap hat. How festive.
That was a bear head mounted on the wall behind you. It was and, I think, still is wearing an earflap hat made of rabbit fur. I’m actually surprised you didn’t choose to mention the irony in the fact that one dead animal was dressed up with another. What would PETA say about that?
